Will I receive an order confirmation?
After successful order, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by e-mail. If you do not receive the order confirmation, please check your spam folder.

Is it possible that already out-of-print products will be available again later?
Yes, it is possible in principle that an item will be available again at a later date.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Experience has shown that the shipping time for standard shipments is 3 to 5 business days (in Austria). Experience has shown that the shipping time in other European countries is 7 to 10 days.

What happens if I am not present at the time of delivery?
If the postman does not meet you, he will leave you with a notification and the parcel will be deposited for you in a post office near you. You can then pick up the package within the next 7 business days before it is returned to us.

We deliver your order to any address you have requested in Austria and the countries we supply. This means that you can specify any delivery address that differs from your main address.

Is shipping to Switzerland possible?

Yes, shipping is possible, but additional taxes and customs fees apply.

What can I do if I forget my password?
No problem. Simply click on the “Forgot password” link when registering. In the next step, enter the email address you used to register. An email with the new password will be sent to the specified e-mail address.

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and consistently adhere to the rules of data protection laws. All personal data will be treated confidentially. Your personal data will be required for the processing of the order, for the delivery of the goods, for checking the creditworthiness and for the processing of the payment. For the purpose of checking the address and creditworthiness, your data may be passed on to companies that we have commissioned to provide the relevant services. Of course, the legal provisions regarding the protection of your privacy are also strictly followed here.

How long do I have to return my ordered goods?
You can return the goods to us up to 14 days after receipt.

Can my ordered goods be exchanged?
If you wish to have an item of a different colour or size, please place a new order and return the product you do not want to us. Our team is also happy to assist you.

What do I do if I want to return ordered products?
If a product does not meet your wishes or has been defectively delivered, then you can easily return it to us.

After a successful check of your return, we will refund your money immediately. The type of refund depends on the previously selected payment method – credit card or Apple Pay.

We would like to point out that there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the following products:

  • Goods the price of which depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the trader has no influence and which may occur within the withdrawal period.
  • Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.

How do I get my money refunded?
The type of refund depends on the payment method you have previously chosen: credit card, Apple Pay. Refunds will be made automatically to the bank or credit card account used in the order.
